A world of difference, tradition takes a back seat at this multinational eatery, writes LOUISE SCHWARTZKOFF.

Our menu restricts itself to Asia, but floats from China to Japan, from Vietnam to the Philippines. There is also a stopover in Spain, with the share plates billed as “ tapas”.  These days, the word “ tapas” appears on so many menus its hard to know what it means. Here, it seems to refer to any snack you can share. 

 

Our menu start from Cold Tapas, Hot Tapas, Charcoal, Man Course, Yum Cha and Dessert. Take the menu’s cue and order dishes from all over the place, you can tasty multicultural flavors in one meal
